Overview

Ferment is situated on the banks of the picturesque Avon River on Oxford Terrace in the middle of Christchurch. A Mac's Brewery Bar, we are proud to offer a selection of some of the finest crafted beer in New Zealand, as well as serving brunch lunch and dinner seven days a week.
We invite you to experience our Tapas Menu - a blend of fresh ingredients and the finest New Zealand flavours, prepared with skill and care for you to enjoy. The Tapas Menu is designed to be a shared dining experience - we recommend that each diner chooses at least two dishes to share with the rest of the table.
