Waikanae

Waikanae is a small town on the Kapiti Coast of the North Island, New Zealand. It is located around 60 kilometres north of Wellington.

Waikanae is a well-liked place for retirement and beach holidays. The broad Tasman Sea surf beach is great for swimming and sunbathing. The local nature reserve is a great chance to learn about the natural history of New Zealand, give yourself a few hours to explore the well looked after pathways.
