BEST WAY OF TRAVELLING NZ

Just wondered if anyone can tell me the best way to travel NZ, want to see as much as we can. Hire a car van or camper, take the bus or simply fly. Has done one of these or all of them and can share there knowledge as to what one is the best and what has been a diaster if there are any.

It is just Myself and my wife Jane and we are looking at road tripping from northern end of the north island to the southern end of the south island in early May. We have 6 weeks to do it, will this is enough time to see New Zealand.

Hey there, 6 weeks will be just right. We did the same sort of trip in 4 weeks and would have loved another 2 weeks. I would have to say though with all the great camping spots and area that you can pull over and enjoy the view, you should hire a camper van / motor home.

I can ensure you will have a awesome time away. Personally i enjoy the coastline drive, but either way im sure you will enjpy it
