Well there is normally too much to fit in to one holiday in New zealand. Especially with kids. You will love it, most familys that travel here will always do it more then once because there is soo much fun to be had.

Ok well you can go in summer and enjoy some great weather and scenery, tours boat cruises beachs mountains etc. Or travel in the winter between june and october and see snow capped mountains go skiing and enjoy the winter night life.

But firstly you need to decide whether you want to go to the north or south island. The south island is the most popular tourist destination for singles, couples and families. If it is kayaking, bungie jumping, jetboating, helicopter tours, parasailing, white water rafting, great resturants and best of al skiing you should see the south island.

The south island is home to Queenstown, which holds two ski mountains coronet peak and the remarkables, plus it is considered to be one of the extreme and adrenlin seeking destinations in the world.

No matter when you go, what you do or where you stay, you are guaranteed a great family holiday in new zealand.

Ok well honestly there is stuff to do in new zealand all year round. Try to stay away from certain months like july, august and september as they are the most expensive months when the snow is falling.

But otherwise there is plenty for you to see. Something that is very popular at the moment is hiring a motor home and driving around seeing different parts of New zealand.

The kids will love it at the north or south island because there are so many activities for them to do. Check them out on this site actually.
