Indulge your senses as you examine and taste traditional and contemporary chocolate styles as you tour Wellington, the coffee and cafe capital of New Zealand. To start our walking tour of this compact city we'll indulge in an in-depth tasting experience, exploring the adventurous edge of contemporary chocolates with flavour combinations and tastes you've never dreamed of!

As the tour continues you'll savour the traditional approach with handmade classic chocolates, experience a commercial kitchen producing innovative chocolate dishes, and finish with one last unforgettable coffee flavour combination!

Session Details

Chocolate Espresso tours are available Monday - Friday all year round, excluding public holidays, and are subject to availability. The tour starts at 9.30am and finishes at 12 noon. Please arrive at 9.20am so we can depart on time.

Experience Participants

The price quoted is for four people. We operate with a minimum of four and a maximum of ten participants per tour.

Participant Guidelines

Perfect for four adults with a love of chocolate and coffee! Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies. The tour includes some walking, which will be at a strolling pace, so it's suitable for people of almost any fitness level.

Participant Dress Code

We recommend you wear smart, casual clothing and comfortable shoes for walking in.
