As Twilight rolls in the tour departs from the city for Happy Valley and the South Coast. While on a short 10 minute drive through historic suburbs, you will enjoy the solitude of the setting sun over the South Island. Your guide will have plenty to inform you with, as the tour roams along the coast.
The tour will proceed to climb the green belt spine of Mount Victoria to see the last of the daylight slide behind the hills. From here you can see the bright lights of the big city that lie below. The tour will then wind down the hill past the Roseneath villas to Oriental Parade with its Norfolk Pines. Then into the Otari-Wiltons Bush searching for glowworms. Your adventure concludes with a Top of the Cable Car view before heading back down into the city.
