This is a completely unique experience. Enjoy a fantastic scenic flight up the South Island's East Coast, with views of the rugged Pacific Ocean coastline to the east and the Southern Alps to the west. It is common on this flight to see seals basking in their natural habitat. Arriving in Kaikoura after approximately 45 minutes of flight time, you will then board a Whale Watch helicopter.
The pilots have intimate local knowledge of whale behavior and their informed commentary will greatly add to the experience of viewing these amazing creatures in the wild. During the flight back to Christchurch we can arrange a picnic stop on a beach or riverbank or at one of Waipara's fantastic wineries. An optional detour on the way home is the thermal resort of Hanmer Springs, or you may wish to depart here and stay on for a day or two of pampering.
This packages includes a 40 minute Heli-Whale Watching trip in Kaikoura. Other Whale Watching options are available on request.

If your voucher has already expired and you contact us more than 30 days after the expiry of your voucher, the voucher cannot be extended.
