Queenstown is the birthplace of Tandem Skydiving in New Zealand, also known as the 'Adventure Capital of the World', Queenstown is the premium place to 'Jump out of a perfectly good Aeroplane'! The Dropzone is located at the base of the famous Remarkables mountain range surrounded by a working sheep farm.
It takes a certain kind of person to jump from an aircraft at 12,000ft into thin air. It takes courage. Harnessed by space age materials to an experienced qualified Jumpmaster, you step out that aircraft door and for 45 seconds you plummet toward the ground at 200 kph, terminal velocity.
Your skydive host will assist you to gear up and you will be briefed by one of our Tandem Masters. Your flight to altitude will take you high above the Wakatipu basin, where you will have a birds eye view of our dramatic mountains and lakes. Jumping directly above the Dropzone you will experience freefall of up to 60 seconds before your Tandem Master deploys the parachute and together you glide back to earth. The canopy ride takes approximately 5 minutes.

GUIDELINES
100kg weight limit. Those under 18 require parental/guardian consent. Please be aware that skydiving is a very weather dependant activity and cancellations due to unsuitable weather conditions may occur, full refunds will be given if this occurs.
DRESSCODE / WHAT TO BRING
You will be provided with a jumpsuit, hat, goggles and gloves, so all you need to wear are warm layers and flat shoes. If you wear glasses, we have goggles that fit over the top.

CAN I EXTEND THE VALIDITY OF MY GIFT VOUCHER?
Extension options are available upto an additional 3 months from the date of purchase.
If your voucher has not yet expired, we can extend your voucher for an administration fee of $10.00 per month / per voucher (upto three months).
If your voucher has already expired and you contact us within 30 days of its expiry, we can extend it for an administration fee of $30.00 per month / per voucher (one month only).
If your voucher has already expired and you contact us more than 30 days after the expiry of your voucher, the voucher cannot be extended.
