Situated on the Port Hills, the Summit Station of the Gondola provides spectacular panoramic views from its elevation at 500 metres above sea level. A new mountain biking option is now available. Customers may choose to ride the Gondola with their bike to the Top Station or hire a bike on-site and then explore the many trails available in the area
Ride the Gondola to the Top Station, follow the access track down to the Summit Road and then choose one of the many biking trails that await.
Customers may use their own bike (specially fitted racks enable the bike to be carried on the exterior of the Gondola cabins) or they may hire one at the Gondola.
The Christchurch Gondola was opened in October 1992 and remains the only gondola in the city. So there is no other tour in this city that offers the same scenic views and adventure.

If your voucher has already expired and you contact us more than 30 days after the expiry of your voucher, the voucher cannot be extended.
