GUIDELINES
Adults and children must fit the safety equipment to participate.
Persons under 16 years are required to be accompanied by an adult and/or guardian.
Waiver Forms are required for all participants, including children – guardian/parent must sign on child’s behalf.
Child rates apply to children 13 years and under.
DRESSCODE / WHAT TO BRING
Guests need: A warm jacket, sunglasses. In winter hats and gloves also are a good idea, sunglasses.

All activities have elements of risk and all guests undertaking any Activity do so voluntarily and at their own risk. The safety of the clients is paramount and this tour operates within strict safety guidelines. All instructions given by qualified staff must be adhered to and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children do the same. Please contact us or your doctor prior to making a booking, if you have a physical condition that may affect your safety. We accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury (whether direct, indirect or consequential, however arising) suffered by the Guest or any person in association with the Guest, in relation to the booked activity.

CAN I EXTEND THE VALIDITY OF MY GIFT VOUCHER?
Extension options are available upto an additional 3 months from the date of purchase.
If your voucher has not yet expired, we can extend your voucher for an administration fee of $10.00 per month / per voucher (upto three months).
If your voucher has already expired and you contact us within 30 days of its expiry, we can extend it for an administration fee of $30.00 per month / per voucher (one month only).
If your voucher has already expired and you contact us more than 30 days after the expiry of your voucher, the voucher cannot be extended.
