It's an amazing ride, as the Shotover Canyon walls tower over you, your expert driver puts your "Big Red" through its paces and skillfully whips the Jet Boat past rocky outcrops, skims around crags and boulders, and speeds through the narrow canyons.
Rock faces blur in your peripheral vision, the opaque water sprays into myriads of white crystals with every turn, and you grip the hand rail for comfort and reassurance and then let out a whoop of excitement as your driver spins the boat around in its own boat length - wow, you've just experienced the World famous Shotover Jet full 360 degree spin.

We are just a 6 kilometres drive from central Queenstown at Arthurs Point. Complimentary shuttle transfers depart from "The Station" Info Centre, corner Shotover and Camp Streets, in downtown Queenstown up to every 15 minutes. Shotover Jet spectators are welcome to use the complimentary shuttle service on a space available basis (priority will be given to Jet Boating passengers).

We operate every day of the year (weather and river conditions permitting) except Christmas Day. The first session is at 9:30am and the last session is at 3:30pm. Reservations are essential, don't miss out and book now.

GUIDELINES
Please speak with one of our team if you are pregnant or have any medial conditions including back or neck problems. Minimum age 3 years old and must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age may be increased depending on river conditions on the day.
DRESSCODE / WHAT TO BRING
Sunglasses and glasses are recommended year round.Please bring a warm hat, jacket and gloves during the winter months. Small personal cameras are welcome aboard the Jet Boats at owners own risk.

We provide Life jackets, full length spray jackets, secure lockers for valuables, complimentary shuttle transfers from the "The Station". We also offer onsite specialised photography service which will capture your experience and photos are available for no obligation viewing immediately after your trip.
