Gather your team, have some fun and run away to the circus! Our experienced teacher will show you all the tricks. With our help, you and your friends can realise your childhood dreams and become an acrobat, juggler, ropewalker or even a clown!

Description

We start our circus adventure with some warming up stretches and games to get know to each other and our surroundings. We start with object manipulation like: juggling, spinning plates, diabolo and poi pois. These are the first of the circus tricks you will learn on the day. We will also show you techniques for faster learning and enhanced interaction with other people.

After a break, a walk and a talk, we focus on acrobatics with 2 to 3 people postures and big group pyramids. We also demonstrate how to support each other and how to avoid injuries.

'Equilibristic', the art of body balance is presented with pedalos (the step before a unicycle). Finally, you and your team will get to try your luck on the rope-walking challenge.
