Clay Pigeon Shooting For 8
Do Clay Pigeon Shooting in Waikato! Enjoy improving the steadiness of your hand and reflexes in this historic gentleman's sport. This flexible activity offers varying degrees of difficulty, and essential equipment is provided. The rural setting makes this sport a great mix of adrenalin and serenity!
This noble sport originally took place with live birds, which was legal in England until 1921! These days the fun is in shooting clay 'pigeons'. This activity is designed to excite the complete novice while testing the most ardent shooters.
Set in a rural farm location, your group will get a true taste of what shooting is all about. You will be divided into teams with shooters competing individually or in pairs for single and double clays. We ensure you receive a wide variety of shots to keep it interesting. Our two mobile clay bird throwers are remotely controlled meaning a mixture of angles can be created throughout your event and difficulty level can be increased for confident shooters. You also have a chance to use a 5-shot shotgun (as opposed to a two shot) giving you a sense of the power of continued shooting and a definite advantage when trying to shoot those illusive clays! This is a fun, interactive, team event where we give a trophy for the best shot and a fun prize to the winning team. |
