Have you ever wanted to create your own ceramics? We offer a two day wheelwork course designed for beginners. By the end of the course you'll be making pieces of pottery that you will treasure for many years to come!

Description

This course is designed for beginners or those wishing to refresh their wheelwork skills and we have developed a very effective system for teaching wheelwork techniques.

Over two days, these techniques will be learnt and put into practise. You will return home after the course with a very good basis in place for self refining and perfecting of your wheelwork skills.

This course is for the serious learner. It is concentrated and as such is limited to 2 - 3 participants. Lunch is provided each day and tea and coffee making facilities are available at all times.

Session Details

This is a full two day course. This course is generally available most days of the week, subject to availability. Bookings should be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

Experience Participants

The wheelwork course has a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 people.

Participant Guidelines

This course is designed for adults. Lunch is included each day.

Participant Dress Code

It is recommended that you bring an old shirt to wear to protect your clothes. An old hand towel is also handy. Strong flat-heeled shoes are a must. Please remove all rings with stones set in them as the clay can dislodge the stones.
