Looking for something different for your birthday, anniversary or hen's party? Invite your friends to your Italian cooking party, where your host, Raffaela will take you on a unique Italian experience. You choose the menu and we provide the atmosphere, all the cooking gear and the fun.

Description

Gather a group of friends and get ready to be part of a cooking party, Italian Style!

* Welcome coffee and biscotti - Surrounded by Italian music, we start with a coffee and home baked biscotti as we go through the recipes together.

* Cooking and playing - We then cook together as you become more confident and learn how to create and combine different Italian flavours without worrying about exact measurements and restrictions.

* Aperitivo nibbles, drinks and more - We show you the Italian way to entertain friends, preparing stuzzichini nibbles as aperitivo, dressing the table, prepare a party cake and finally enjoying the result of your efforts with a glass of matching wine, selected by our Italian wine consultant, Nadia Ganassin.
Some ideas (these are examples only):

* Pizza Party - Make the pizza dough and top it with Italian mozzarella and Parma ham, or Margherita with fresh tomato and basil, or 4 stagoni with mushrooms and shrimps. Make focaccia and learn to FLY the pizza dough!

* Pasta Fresca - From fresh eggs and flour to tagliatelle, tortellini e cannelloni. Discover the magic of do it yourself pasta. We use natural flavour to create colorful delicious fresh green tagliatelle with spinach that we dress with the ragu' alla Bolognese, red spaghetti alla chitarra with chilli with seafood sauce, and also the ancient Tuscany cocoa pappardelle with venison sauce.
