New Zealand Explorer does not accept any liability for lost, delayed or incomplete entries
Photograph Competition

The decision on all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the competition's judging

  BEST PHOTOGRAPH COMPETITION
Photograph Competition

Entries will only be accepted in the JPEG (.jpg) digital format
Photograph Competition

Digital images can only be submitted online using the specific entry form
Photograph Competition

Digital images must not exceed a file size of 1MB. Entries over this size restriction will not be accepted
Photograph Competition

Please note that New Zealand Explorer may contact winning entrants to obtain higher resolution images for inclusion in our Photo Gallery and other areas of the website
Photograph Competition

The entrant must hold copyright of any photograph entered in this competition. New Zealand Explorer reserves the right to request supporting evidence
Photograph Competition

Any photograph that has won a prize previously on the New Zealand Explorer competition is not eligible for entry
Photograph Competition

New Zealand Explorer reserves the right to showcase photograph entries within the New Zealand Explorer website as examples of entry
Photograph Competition

New Zealand Explorer reserves the right to use photograph entries as part of the New Zealand Explorer websites general content
Photograph Competition

This competition is for the Best "New Zealand" Photograph. Only photographs of New Zealand and / or New Zealand content will be accepted into the competition.
   
COMPETITION PRIZES
Photograph Competition

Competition prizes cannot be redeemed as cash. Prizes can only be redeemed as an experience voucher for one of the experiences listed within the experiences section of the New Zealand Explorer website.

Photograph Competition

The winner must select their chosen experience within 30 days of being notified that they have won the competition.
Photograph Competition

Once the winner has selected an experience, New Zealand Explorer will email the experience voucher to the winner. The winner can then book a date for their experience direct with the supplier (dates subject to availability).

Photograph Competition

All experience vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be utilised following the standard experience terms and conditions.
Photograph Competition

If the cost of the selected experience is less than the value of the prize amount any difference in cost is forfeited.
Photograph Competition

If the cost of the selected experience is more than the value of the prize amount the winner must pay the difference direct to New Zealand Explorer by Money Order (the experience voucher will not be emailed until New Zealand Explorer has recieved the money order).
