Seagulls Guesthouse - Mount Maunganui, New Zealand Welcome to our cosy, friendly home just outside downtown Mount Maunganui!

Our renovated home has 14 bedrooms, spacious living areas and outside courtyards.

We have en-suite double rooms, double or twin rooms with shared bathroom, single rooms and one triple-bed shared room. We also have a family apartment which is fully self-contained.

Our large fully-equipped communal kitchen means you can have the convenience of self-catering for all your meals, or we can offer you a continental breakfast. The bright and airy dining room is suitable for quiet meals or the larger group and team catering.

We have free parking, Wi-Fi, a large swap library and free tea and coffee. All bedding and towels are provided; we also rent bicycles!

We're an easy walk to the beach and the main shops of Mount Maunganui.

We're situated at 12 Hinau St which is a short road off Maunganui Rd which is the main road heading into town. We're in a quiet street approx 1.2km from the town centre. McDonalds is just around the corner on Maunganui Rd.

We offer a free pickup from Mount Maunganui Visitors Centre and Tauranga Airport where possible.
