Visit the beautiful Kerikeri Basin where you will see New Zealand's oldest European buildings, the Stone Store and Kemp House, plus the Kororipo Pa (a Maori fortress) and Rewa's Village (a reconstructed pre-European Maori fishing village). There is also the opportunity to visit the best of the many workshops in the area that specialize in pottery, woolen goods, paintings and kauri products.

For passengers staying in Russell, you can get to Paihia to join this tour on the Fullers passenger ferry, 'Bay Belle', which departs the Russell wharf on the hour. Tickets for this ferry are sold on board and at the Fullers offices.
